SHIPPING RATES & OPTIONS
What shipping methods do you offer?
We use USPS Standard Shipping as our default method for U.S. domestic orders (including Alaska and Hawaii), Canada, and all international shipments. If you require a different shipping service, please reach out to us for a quote.
How much does shipping cost?
Our flat-rate shipping fees are as follows:
• U.S. Domestic: $4.99
• Alaska & Hawaii: $19.99 (with insurance)
• Canada and all other international locations: $19.99
PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES
How long does it take to process my order?
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. During high-volume seasons or new product releases, processing may extend to 3–5 days.
Do you ship on weekends or holidays?
No. Orders are processed only on business days (Monday–Friday).
How long does shipping take once my order is processed?
For U.S. domestic shipments, USPS Standard Shipping generally requires 3 to 7 business days.
TRACKING & DELIVERY ISSUES
My package shows delivered, but I didn’t receive it. What should I do?
- Check your mailbox, front door, parcel lockers, or ask neighbors.
- Wait 24–48 hours in case USPS marks packages early.
- Contact your local post office with your tracking number.
If still unresolved, email us and we’ll help guide next steps.
My tracking hasn’t updated. What does that mean?
USPS sometimes delays scans. It’s common for tracking to be inactive for 24–72 hours, especially during busy seasons.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Are customs fees included in the shipping cost?
No. Customs, VAT, and import fees are the buyer’s responsibility and vary by country.
How long does international shipping take?
Delivery times vary widely — typically 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance.
LOST / DAMAGED PACKAGES
What happens if my package is lost?
Contact us with your order number. We will assist you in filing a claim with USPS/UPS, but please allow full carrier investigation time.
What if my items arrive damaged?
Email us within 48 hours with photos of the damage, packaging, and your order number so we can assist.
ORDER CHANGES
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Yes — only if the order has not yet shipped. Contact us ASAP at teamtcevolutions@gmail.com.
Can I combine multiple orders to save shipping?
Yes, if none of your orders have shipped yet. Email us and we will try our best to combine them.
